The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPSP) is commissioned through the WA Primary Health Alliance. It is designed to support individuals who are experiencing significant psychosocial or mental health challenges, who are not already under the NDIS. It is for individuals who would benefit from practical, recovery-oriented support, and guidance navigating systems, services and supports.
CPSP is delivered on a one-to-one basis at home or in community settings and is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
At BOICO, we understand that recovery looks different for everyone, which is why we provide participant-led support that focuses on improving mental health and overall wellbeing. We aim to build confidence, independence, community connections, strengthen coping strategies, and set goals while working toward meaningful outcomes.
This program is intended to work alongside existing supports to complement care and strengthen psychosocial recovery outcomes.
